Hi, I am Saumya
I have a profound love for interaction design, vibrant colors, delicious food, dank memes and doing 33 push-ups every day.
I am currently working as Product Designer III at Microsoft, Redmond and pursuing my Masters's degree in the field of Human-Computer Interaction, at the University of Washington, Seattle.
I studied Visual Design during my undergrad at the National Institute of Design, India. Before joining UW, I worked as a product designer at Microsoft, IDC and Samsung Research & Design, crafting experiences for smartphones, smartwatches, smart televisions, and the web, with many knowledgeable and kind people.
I find immense joy in solving real-world problems digitally, by creating simple and delightful solutions, while keeping both user-needs and business-needs in mind.
Hobbies
